Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all accounts within your portfolio.
  • Cultivate long-term partnerships with clients, fostering strong relationships.
  • Proactively engage with active clients to improve customer retention and provide support.
  • Educate clients on our current and new product offerings.
  • Analyze and evaluate client success, identifying areas for optimization.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize customer value.
  • Maintain a high rate of customer renewals.
  • Assess churn risk and collaborate with Sales and Success teams to retain business.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in Customer Service or Customer Success.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Willingness to work night shifts.
