Responsibilities:

• Proactively monitor all Windows platforms within PTCL Group.
• Plan and execute upgrades of the Windows OS to the latest service packs.
• Administer System Center (SCCM & SCOM) for effective management.
• Implement server patching according to established frameworks.
• Perform on-demand and scheduled vulnerability fixes for Windows server platforms.
• Generate proactive reports for patching KPI & KRI.
• Handle daily operations and troubleshooting for Windows server platforms.
• Manage Active Directory, DHCP, DNS & FTP operations.
• Ensure Windows server platform hardening in alignment with company policy.
• Lead and implement new projects as required by management.
• Resolve end-user queries reported via the Service Management tool.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized university in Computer Sciences / IT / Engineering (16 years of education)
• Microsoft certifications preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Products and services
• Prior experience in Microsoft solution deployments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to Continuous Improvement and Growth

Competencies:

• Proficient in daily operations and troubleshooting for Windows server platforms
• Ability to plan and execute upgrades of Windows OS to the latest service packs
• Skilled in administering System Center (SCCM & SCOM)
• Experience in server patching within established frameworks
• Capable of addressing on-demand and scheduled vulnerability fixes for Windows server platforms
