Job Description

We are seeking an Expert Product Manager with a focus on Lifestyle to spearhead the launch of new digital platforms across five distinct verticals: Gaming, Lifestyle, Education & Skills, Entertainment, Health, and insurance. This role involves not only creating innovative products but also establishing new revenue streams. The incumbent will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including third-party vendors who are crucial business partners for these platforms, procurement, technology teams, brand teams, and other cross-functional units to develop and launch these digital products and features.

As an Expert Product Manager – Lifestyle, your responsibilities include overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of digital products. This encompasses app and web development, digital marketing campaigns, and a deep understanding of digital products. You will need technical knowledge, familiarity with the Google Play Store and console, web development skills, and proficiency in various digital technologies. Here’s a snapshot of your responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop product feature sets, define target audiences, and design app UI/UX.
  • Operationalize the digital strategy by translating goals into specific digital initiatives.
  • Identify and prioritize ideas aligned with business goals and customer needs, focusing on commercial outcomes (e.g., growth, engagement, cost reduction).
  • Create a roadmap to ensure alignment with management and lead digital opportunities through a feasibility, viability, and desirability assessment.
  • Develop lean business cases, clearly defining business value, costs, and constraints for investment decisions.
  • Provide product knowledge, market insights, competitor analysis, technology capabilities, and customer requirements.
  • Manage third-party relationships effectively.
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with peer groups and stakeholders.
  • Monitor product growth, and engagement, and perform analytical analysis.
  • Collaborate with brands and digital marketing teams to execute digital campaigns.
  • Ensure digital experiences align with brand/product/security rules.
  • Analyze, manage, iterate, and track the success of all products.
  • Lead cross-product and cross-functional strategic initiatives to enhance user experience.
  • Identify and solve problems, drive product development from ideation to launch, and be accountable for outcomes.
  • Use data to build a prioritized roadmap based on cost vs. impact.
  • Own and manage a critical product or a group of products with a real impact on millions of consumers.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Advanced analytical mindset and skills.
  • Understanding of monetization models in lifestyle apps, including in-app purchases, subscriptions, and advertising.
  • Proficiency in data presentation for data-driven decision-making.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication skills for managing cross-functional projects.
  • Vendor management, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills for handling multiple vendors and stakeholders across projects.
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or computer science (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Creative mindset with a focus on innovation and delivering unique product experiences to users.
