The Expert UX Analyst plays a pivotal role in conducting user-centric research, analysis, and design to create seamless digital experiences across all channels. This position emphasizes the integration of international UX standards into our products and services. Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Experience, this is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. It requires specialized expertise in UX standards and a proven track record in developing and implementing UX guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Craft Exceptional User Experiences: Collaborate to understand, shape, and develop UX experiences within our digital environments, encompassing core user journeys and ensuring optimal usability.
• Promote Accessibility and Usability Standards: Implement best practices and accessibility standards across applications, channels, and tools.
• Contribute to Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to strategic projects, with a constant focus on enhancing the overall student experience.
• Champion User-Centered Research: Embed user-centered research principles and processes to inform new product development and continuous improvement of existing products.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Collaborate closely with colleagues to research and analyze user needs, driving the design and development of digital experiences.
• Conduct Usability Testing: Design and conduct usability testing sessions, including various research methods such as one-on-one interviews, focus groups, surveys, observations, and third-party research.
• Deliver User-Led Enhancements: Successfully deliver user-driven improvements to digital products and services within defined specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
• Communicate Insights: Present research methodologies and analysis findings to stakeholders effectively to advocate for UX-driven solutions.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, data management, business management, project management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in implementing user-centered design processes and principles.
• Demonstrated expertise in applying user-centered design principles to product design and enhancement.
• Understanding of the integration of accessibility with UX design.
• Minimum of 5 years of UX experience in a related industry.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
