What You Will Be Accountable For:
- Coordinate and communicate cross-functional meeting arrangements with relevant departments and ensure necessary setup is prepared.
- Contribute to projects as required, providing support and assistance.
- Organize and schedule meetings, workshops, conferences, and business functions as needed.
- Assist in organizing office activities, including office decoration and trips when applicable.
- Manage the issuance and record-keeping of all issued cheques, ensuring proper documentation is included.
- Support with Business visas and manage RP renewals/CPR renewals. Essential Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:
- Strong team and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, take ownership, and demonstrate drive.
- Ability to independently handle administrative work and address related issues when necessary.
- Proficient in various administrative and support systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with 1-2 years of experience in HR, Events management, Admin support, business coordination, or similar roles.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, with good computer application skills.
- Excellent abilities in teamwork, initiative, strategic thinking, and data analysis.
- Responsible for overseeing the complete administration of assigned projects.
