Job Description
What You Will Be Responsible For:
- Performing specific tasks assigned by the line manager to ensure the integrity, quality, and reasonableness of the management and statutory reporting process.
- Assisting in the preparation of various submissions for management reporting and legal entity reporting, adhering to deadlines and reporting frequency.
- Working independently on a specific component of the Record to Report function, including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Reconciliations, Month End Close, Statutory & Financial Reporting, Management Reporting, and Product Costing data integrity and quality.
- Identifying significant movements based on predefined templates.
- Conducting analytical reviews of financial statements.

Have you collaborated closely with other Finance Shared Service Centers to deliver high-quality, timely management information to the business, providing end-to-end finance support for regions, areas, or end markets?
Essential Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:
- Hold an accounting qualification.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and capable of working under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Understanding of the impact of accounting processes and practices.
- Familiarity with analyzing reports and identifying issues and challenges within report functionalities and data.
- Application of relevant financial skills and knowledge.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of relevant finance tools and systems, such as BI/BPC, SAP, or equivalent ERP systems.
- Ability to drive projects, implement process improvements, and handle a remote/virtual customer base model.
- Knowledgeable in identifying risks and implementing controls.
Beneficial:
- Demonstrated implementation of improvement initiatives and efficiency improvements.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in computer applications such as SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
