What You Will Be Responsible For:

• Performing specific tasks assigned by the line manager to ensure the integrity, quality, and reasonableness of the management and statutory reporting process.
• Assisting in the preparation of various submissions for management reporting and legal entity reporting, adhering to deadlines and reporting frequency.
• Working independently on a specific component of the Record to Report function, including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Reconciliations, Month End Close, Statutory & Financial Reporting, Management Reporting, and Product Costing data integrity and quality.
• Identifying significant movements based on predefined templates.
• Conducting analytical reviews of financial statements.

Essential Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:

• Hold an accounting qualification.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and capable of working under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of the impact of accounting processes and practices.
• Familiarity with analyzing reports and identifying issues and challenges within report functionalities and data.
• Application of relevant financial skills and knowledge.
• At least 2-4 years of experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of relevant finance tools and systems, such as BI/BPC, SAP, or equivalent ERP systems.
• Ability to drive projects, implement process improvements, and handle a remote/virtual customer base model.
• Knowledgeable in identifying risks and implementing controls.
