Are you passionate about improving customer experience and contributing to the success of a Mini Business Unit? As a Franchise Service Executive, you will collaborate closely with the franchise team to elevate customer satisfaction and enhance the overall franchise outlook.
Reporting to an Area Manager responsible for driving business in the Mini Business Unit, you will play a vital role in stakeholder management and system improvement within the franchise environment.
- Collaborate with franchise staff to grasp franchise dynamics for effective stakeholder management
- Develop a roadmap for franchise team enhancement and system improvement to elevate customer experience
- Handle diverse customer services at franchise locations and support Franchise staff in promptly resolving customer queries
- Organize training sessions for franchise staff to ensure excellence in customer service
- Enhance the ambiance of franchises by refining the franchise team’s outlook, contributing to an inviting environment
- Work alongside the Manager of Franchise Servicing for system enhancement and proactive query resolution through standardization
- Audit the customer journey at franchises to simplify processes and enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage the franchise and Customer channel by motivating and counseling stakeholders in alignment with the profitability model
