Job Description

As a General Manager of an apparel retail brand, your primary responsibility is to oversee all aspects of the business. This includes managing day-to-day operations, developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for leading a team of employees, including sales staff, merchandisers, accountants, and administrative staff. Additionally, you will oversee inventory management, marketing and advertising campaigns, and establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors. The success of the business will rely on your ability to make sound decisions based on market trends and customer feedback. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
