- Develop and implement an effective legal compliance program.
- Draft and revise company policies and procedures.
- To Ensure implementation of Hazard Safety Check-Inn Sheet.
- Draft IMS Objective and create analysis.
- To prepare Incident Management Team, Incident Report and Log Sheet.
- Review Business Continuity Plan and Test Reports.
- Analysis of Training Need Assessment.
- Prepare Training Plan for a year.
- To prepare and update Risk Management of QMS (9001) and also Risk Management ISMS (27001).
- Draft and review Record Index of all departments.
- To prepare IMS Documents list as per requirement.
- To prepare Internal Audit Plan and execute Internal Audit as per given plan.
- Create and manage corrective action plan in response to audit NC’s and compliance violations.
- To arrange Management Review Meeting.
- To make and share status of KPI of GOC department with HOD-GOC.
- To maintain record of Document Change.
