• Develop visually appealing elements for our healthcare IT solutions, including user interfaces, graphics, illustrations, and infographics, while adhering to our brand guidelines and healthcare IT regulations and standards.
• Collaborate closely with developers and UX designers to ensure seamless translation of visual designs into functional code and an optimal user experience.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and create visual design concepts that effectively communicate complex healthcare IT information to our customers.
• Partner with the marketing and sales teams to create engaging visual content for our website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials.
• Maintain and manage our visual asset library, ensuring that all assets are current, well-organized, and easily accessible to all teams.
• Stay abreast of the latest design trends and best practices in healthcare IT, and provide recommendations for innovative visual design solutions.

Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic design or a related field, with a robust portfolio showcasing diverse visual design solutions.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a relevant field.
• Experience in UX design and development would be advantageous.
• Thorough understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience in creating visual designs that adhere to healthcare IT regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
