Job Description
We are looking for a Personal Trainer to join our team and help our clients reach their fitness goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and a strong understanding of exercise science.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the completion of exercise routines for individual and group clients.
- Track client progress and modify exercise plans as needed.
- Administer fitness assessments and develop personalized training programs.
- Provide instruction on the use of fitness equipment.
- Educate clients on health and nutrition.
- Create a safe and supportive environment for clients to train in.
- Follow all safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Complete other relevant tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a personal trainer.
- Strong understanding of exercise science principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for fitness and helping others.
