Responsibilities:

• Support the organization’s current and future business needs by developing, engaging, motivating, and retaining human capital.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Nurture a positive working environment that promotes employee satisfaction and productivity.
• Implement effective performance management systems and processes to drive employee development and growth.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR practices and policies.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify and address employee training and development needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience in Human Resources, preferably in a leadership role.
• People-oriented and results-driven mindset, with a focus on employee engagement and organizational growth.
• In-depth knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
• Proven experience in recruiting and talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
