As the Head of People and Culture, you will play a crucial role in managing human resource functions and fostering a positive working environment. You will collaborate closely with different departments to facilitate growth opportunities within the company.
- Support the organization’s current and future business needs by developing, engaging, motivating, and retaining human capital.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment that promotes employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Implement effective performance management systems and processes to drive employee development and growth.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR practices and policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and address employee training and development needs.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources.
- Proven working experience in Human Resources, preferably in a leadership role.
- People-oriented and results-driven mindset, with a focus on employee engagement and organizational growth.
- In-depth knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
- Proven experience in recruiting and talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Expertise in training and development for managers and employees.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
