Join the dynamic and fast-paced Afiniti HR department, where you will provide comprehensive support to internal users. Your role will involve delivering services via phone, email, and in-person interactions. As a valuable member of our team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring effective communication and accurate record keeping.
- Supporting off-boarding activities as necessary.
- Managing data in Paycom, ensuring its integrity and confidentiality.
- Collaborating with HR Leadership to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans to drive positive changes.
- Undertaking various administrative functions within the HR department, including invoice preparation, inquiry handling, and other assigned duties.
- Conducting searches and scanning physical documents for retrieval and archiving purposes.
- Performing searches across multiple email archives and hard drives to locate relevant information.
- Creating employee E-files for each individual on Dropbox to maintain comprehensive records.
- Coordinating with the site HR Ops lead to ensure completion of required tasks.
Education and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Currently enrolled or have graduated from an undergraduate or graduate program.
- Relevant coursework or experience in HR or a related field.
