In this role, you will:

• Offer comprehensive functional support for HR systems on a global scale. This includes system administration, configuration enhancements, troubleshooting, and escalation when necessary.
• Make adjustments to existing complex system configurations and develop functional support documentation for team training.
• Possess the capability to perform impact analyses for change requests and implement them effectively, ensuring seamless support for all end users.
• Manage and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating strong time management skills in addressing the queue of current issues and escalating as needed.
• Understand, modify, and improve the specific functionalities of HR systems and associated resourcing technologies, including integrations.
• Gather and document technical knowledge, creating and publishing-related technical documentation. Maintain consistent and sustainable HR system configuration standards globally.
• Assist in support-related projects and initiatives from management and HR business partners, addressing all aspects of system functionality.
• Handle queries and issues efficiently, with the ability to escalate complex problems to the System Team Leader when specialist intervention is required.
• Support the delivery of critical initiatives involving HR systems and related technologies, ensuring their successful implementation.
• Proactively collaborate with the Global HR IT Function and relevant stakeholders to resolve HR system and technology-related issues, providing troubleshooting assistance to team members.
