As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department. You will collaborate with HR managers, assist in daily HR operations, and help maintain strong relationships with candidates and client companies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with HR managers to assist in daily HR operations, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow.
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance job knowledge within the HR team, staying updated on industry best practices.
- Supporting the HR department in the hiring process, including sourcing candidates from various recruiting agencies and online job postings.
- Conducting thorough telephonic and face-to-face interviews, assessing candidate qualifications and fit for different roles.
- Adhering to all company rules and regulations, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
- Actively searching for potential candidates on various job portals, including our own, to meet the staffing needs of partner companies.
- Gathering job requirements from client companies and posting job listings on our job portal on their behalf.
- Contributing to both assisted and unassisted hiring processes, identifying and presenting suitable candidates to client companies.
