Job Description


  • Collaborate with the learning team and subject matter experts (SMEs) to define learning objectives and outcomes, using instructional design techniques, to develop new courses.
  • Transform raw content, including technical information, into cohesive and engaging content suitable for the target audience.
  • Track and analyze training programs, assessing learner satisfaction levels and their impact on job performance.
  • Review and analyze existing training programs, standardize materials, and incorporate facilitator guides and learning exercises.
  • Provide consultation, development, and design of training curricula, materials, and programs to meet organizational training needs.
  • Design and develop web-based and blended training programs using multimedia technology and authoring tools.
  • Offer instruction and guidance to trainers in collaboration with the Learning and Development (L&D) team.
  • Manage the course catalog and content within the Learning Management System (LMS) or other learning platforms.
  • Create courses, assist in developing career tracks, and oversee the overall management and uploading of content/materials to the LMS.
  • Understand the target audience and align with the vision and interests of the sponsor.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a training and development capacity within a large and complex business setting, preferably as a Training and Development Manager.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, psychology, education, or a related field.
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills, capable of influencing key stakeholders and decision-makers across a globally distributed team.
  • Proven experience in developing effective training programs that enhance performance and skills.
  • Project management and budgeting experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with sharp business acumen.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills in gathering, conducting, and evaluating program performance analyses to sustain a competitive advantage.
