We are currently seeking an Internal Auditor who will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures throughout the organization. The Internal Auditor will conduct audits for each department, school, and functional area in a timely manner, following the established audit plan, scope, and policies. Additionally, the auditor will be required to create audit reports, hold meetings with department heads, and follow up on past audit observations. The role may involve frequent visits and travel.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across the organization.
• Conduct audits for each department, school, and functional area as per the audit plan, scope, and policies.
• Create comprehensive audit reports detailing findings and recommendations.
• Hold meetings with relevant department heads to discuss audit results and provide guidance on addressing any identified issues.
• Follow up on past audit observations to ensure appropriate actions have been taken.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders to support audit activities.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices to enhance the effectiveness of audits.
• Identify areas of potential risk and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in internal auditing or related roles.
• Solid understanding of audit procedures, principles, and standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships and collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in using audit software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel to different locations as required.
