Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Processing orders, applications, and forms.
• Communicating effectively with US and UK-based clients via chat, email, and phone to provide exceptional customer service.
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of issues.
• Working collaboratively with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Minimum education requirement is O & A level (preferred) or Graduate.
• Ability to work evening/night shifts.
• Permanent/full-time job type.
• Salary ranges up to 50k.
