Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Regularly updating clients on their investment portfolios.
  • Cultivating and maintaining relationships with developers and other professionals in the real estate industry.
  • Conducting thorough due diligence on prospective investment opportunities.
  • Staying current with industry trends and regulations to provide informed advice.
  • Collaborating with other advisors and professionals to offer comprehensive financial guidance.

As an investment advisor specializing in real estate off-plan sales, your main responsibility is to provide expert investment advice to clients interested in investing in off-plan real estate projects. This entails conducting in-depth market research to identify potential investment opportunities, analyzing financial data and market trends to assess the feasibility of prospective investments, and formulating investment strategies tailored to clients’ financial objectives and risk preferences. Additionally, you will need to establish and maintain strong client relationships, offering ongoing support throughout the investment process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preferred experience in achieving sales targets.
