As an investment advisor specializing in real estate off-plan sales, your main responsibility is to provide expert investment advice to clients interested in investing in off-plan real estate projects. This entails conducting in-depth market research to identify potential investment opportunities, analyzing financial data and market trends to assess the feasibility of prospective investments, and formulating investment strategies tailored to clients’ financial objectives and risk preferences. Additionally, you will need to establish and maintain strong client relationships, offering ongoing support throughout the investment process.
