Job Description
How You Will Contribute as a Customer Relationship Manager
As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will play a vital role in building and nurturing strong relationships with customers in your portfolio. Your sales capabilities will be instrumental in executing base, new product development (NPD), and promotional activities. You will analyze the business performance of your customers and take corrective actions to ensure the achievement of annual key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, you will focus on identifying, winning, and maintaining a maximum number of Perfect Stores within the customer base. Collaboration with field sales teams will be essential to ensure stock availability.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes.
- Demonstrated track record in building strong customer and stakeholder relationships, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Perseverance and attention to detail.
