Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a roadmap for expanding our studio presence, utilizing various business models such as fully owned, franchise, and joint ventures to establish in new cities.
• Recruit, inspire, and nurture a high-performing team, equipping them with the necessary skills to drive growth.
• Create and implement effective marketing strategies for our studios, including messaging, campaign planning, and community engagement.
• Manage the profit and loss (P&L) portfolio for our studios, making data-driven decisions that optimize growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, with strong attention to detail for operational excellence and the ability to analyze data to formulate actionable growth plans that reach a wide audience of women across Pakistan.
• Have at least 4+ years of relevant experience in strategy, growth, and operations, including team leadership and management.
• Demonstrate effective stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally, and the ability to develop talent and establish objectives and key results (OKRs) for success in a fast-paced environment.
