Job Description
We are looking for a candidate who can take full ownership of the production process. This individual will work closely with internal teams to strategize and ensure operational excellence, as well as conduct quality assessments to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to contribute to production planning and budgeting.
- Lead and oversee quality assessments to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage and evaluate the entire production process.
- Maintain a safe production environment for all personnel.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with key internal and external production stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in production.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational and managerial skills.
