Job Description
We are seeking an experienced production manager to oversee the entire production process. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to plan and execute production operations, ensuring that quality standards are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
Responsibilities:
- Develop production plans and budgets in collaboration with other internal teams.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless production operations.
- Monitor and assess the quality of production to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage and evaluate the entire production process to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a safe and healthy production environment.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of relevant production management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Strong organizational and managerial skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
