Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a strategy to scale up NFL’s agri division quickly
• Identify new business opportunities in the agricultural sector through research
• Understand farm dynamics, identify problems in the value chain, and initiate projects
• Stay updated with industry trends to improve the agri business model
• Work with the Chief of Staff (Project Head Agri) to establish NFL’s contractual farming by collaborating with various external and internal stakeholders
• Provide key commercial support for the development and execution of contracts with various agri stakeholders
Qualification: Candidates with a graduate degree in Finance, Economics, or General Management are preferred, but candidates with other degrees are also encouraged to apply.
Experience:
• Management of value chain-related projects in the past
• 3-5 years of experience as part of a business development/strategy team
• Passionate about corporate farming and revolutionizing the agricultural landscape
Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent oratory and speaking skills
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to build and understand financial models
• Familiarity with information technology, especially digital and video communication
