Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Manager Digital Advertising and Partnerships to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining commercial and strategic relationships with organizations that align with our company’s objectives and goals. We are looking for someone with a strong network and expertise in the media and digital industry to drive business growth and establish key partnerships.


  • Provide exceptional service to our partners, serving as their main point of contact and representing our brand internally.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities through various channels, including inbound leads, cold calls, emails, and client visits.
  • Conduct research to identify potential partners, understand their needs, and generate interest in collaboration.
  • Collaborate with senior management and marketing team members to align internal goals with new and existing partners.
  • Develop a systematic and process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals in compliance with company contract guidelines and policies.
  • Track, measure, and report project results with partners, including co-created content promotions, lead sharing, and event partnerships.
  • Foster strong relationships with current partners and identify opportunities for further growth.


  • Ability to effectively present ideas and platform solutions to brands and digital agencies.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Knowledge and experience in B2C social media, email campaigns, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge and 5-7 years of experience in digital media sales or business development.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Networking skills, multitasking capabilities, and attention to detail.
