Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage daily tasks and activities for the assigned project.
• Generate high-level reports for management on project progress, synergy projects, and dashboard summaries.
• Collaborate with Ufone’s implementing partner or vendor to ensure successful and timely project deliveries.
• Coordinate with relevant departments for project scope verification and closure.

• Ensure assigned projects are delivered on schedule, within cost, and scope while upholding quality.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support project-related issues and risks.
• Track and monitor project activities on a daily basis.
• Assist Line Manager in following up on action items for specific tasks.
• Exhibit adaptability and decision-making skills to handle changing circumstances.
• Prepare comprehensive project closure reports with lessons learned.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Professional degree in M.SC Computer Science / Information Technology / MS Project Management (PMP Preferred).
• Proven experience in IT Project Management.

Competencies:

• Effective prioritization and execution of tasks in high-pressure environments.
• Strong customer service orientation.
