Position: Faculty Member

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses within the Department.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellence in course delivery.
• Conduct high-quality research, either independently or in collaboration, leading to regular publications in esteemed international journals.
• Foster connections with international partner institutions, both in the UK and during visits abroad.
• Participate in course and material development to enhance student learning.
• Assist in administrative tasks as directed by the Head of Department.
• Present the Department at conferences and seminars.
• Enhance the Department and School’s reputation within the academic and business communities.
• Fulfill other duties pertinent to the role’s level and requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A strong commitment to teaching and research.
• Academic qualifications suitable for the role.
• Proven record of research accomplishments, including journal publications.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to contribute to course development.
• Willingness to engage in administrative responsibilities.
