Job Description
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all physical assets of the company, including buildings, equipment, and machinery.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce the risk of breakdowns.
- Manage a team of technicians and engineers.
- Work with other departments to ensure that maintenance needs are met.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest maintenance technologies and practices.
- Comply with all safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance software.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance plans.

- Order and track maintenance supplies.
- Monitor and troubleshoot equipment.
