HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT:

  • To provide personalized customer services to assigned PTCL & Ufone Priority customers and ensure proper customer management.
  • Ensure Portfolio Management, Performance targets and special projects assigned by management.
  • Provide feedback on day-to-day operations of assigned Portfolio to Line Manager.
  • Remain abreast on all company current policies, procedures, promotions, products, and value-added services offered by the company.
  • Adherence & compliance to company policies & procedures.
  • Implementation of ISO Standards, Communication Policy, and Company policies while performing duties.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Position is required to deal with high revenue PTCL & Ufone customers who are tagged to the PSE as Priority Customers.
  • The employee will provide proactive customer services to the PTCL & Ufone customers through door step services where required.
  • Aim is to develop relationship with the PTCL & Ufone customers for effective customer retention through overall portfolio management.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor`s Degree, preferably MBA
Experience: Related experience in Services Sector & Sales.
Competencies:

  • Product related information
  • Telecommunication related know-how
  • Billing-related knowledge
  • Good in dealing with handsets &computers
