HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT:
- To provide personalized customer services to assigned PTCL & Ufone Priority customers and ensure proper customer management.
- Ensure Portfolio Management, Performance targets and special projects assigned by management.
- Provide feedback on day-to-day operations of assigned Portfolio to Line Manager.
- Remain abreast on all company current policies, procedures, promotions, products, and value-added services offered by the company.
- Adherence & compliance to company policies & procedures.
- Implementation of ISO Standards, Communication Policy, and Company policies while performing duties.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Position is required to deal with high revenue PTCL & Ufone customers who are tagged to the PSE as Priority Customers.
- The employee will provide proactive customer services to the PTCL & Ufone customers through door step services where required.
- Aim is to develop relationship with the PTCL & Ufone customers for effective customer retention through overall portfolio management.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor`s Degree, preferably MBA
Experience: Related experience in Services Sector & Sales.
Competencies:
- Product related information
- Telecommunication related know-how
- Billing-related knowledge
- Good in dealing with handsets &computers
