We’re seeking a skilled Operations Executive cum Travel Coordinator to support our office operations and facilitate travel arrangements. This role involves administrative tasks, visa processing, and travel coordination for both our visiting division managers and our employees traveling to our locations.
- Provide efficient administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations.
- Assist HR with job interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Handle phone calls, meeting schedules, and visitor support.
- Perform administrative tasks including filing, typing, copying, etc.
- Expedite administrative projects, maintain communication professionalism.
- Contribute to team efforts, provide information, and assist with relevant tasks.
- Generate, update, and analyze monthly reports and KPIs.
- Undertake project work and assist with the intern and graduate intake.
- Coordinate visa documentation and applications.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for employees and managers.
- Address travel-related queries and concerns, ensuring safe and efficient travel operations.
- Secure reservations with airlines, car rental companies, and hotels.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior travel agent experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with travel policies and regulations.
10/11:00 AM to 7/8:00 PM PKT (Monday to Friday).
