Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assign tasks to operators, process workers, and general workers, ensuring optimal performance.
• Maintain consistent daily production output to meet weekly schedules efficiently.
• Operate machinery securely and in compliance with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Project teams for area development and equipment procurement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during daily operations.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules to uphold equipment functionality.
• Report deviations, and technical problems, and maintain accurate process-related records.

Requirements:

• Education: Matric (Science), FSc/DAE
• Experience: 0-1 years in the pharmaceutical industry
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting machinery and tools
• Strong grasp of EHS and Quality standards

Preferred Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/MS Word)
