Responsibilities:

• Conduct research & gather market intelligence to help map out new opportunities and partnerships
• Support in developing a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management
• Assist team lead in developing and executing strategic partnerships and business growth;
• Support in negotiating deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy
• Work with Team Lead to cultivate positive and trusted long term relationships with partners
• Assist in creating metrics to measure ROI from partnerships
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that Partnership goals are synchronised with organisational goals
• Support in managing current portfolio of strategic partnerships;
• Research and identify opportunities for further growth of existing partnerships
• Support existing partners in their respective growth including due diligence and valuation models
• Work with the existing partners to help optimize their businesses
• Work across the entire firm, various team and with external partners, integrating processes and frameworks that set all players up for success

Qualification, Capabilities & Experience:
We are looking for candidates from diverse backgrounds with previous experience preferably working within the startup/digital economy:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience preferably in Business Development and Partnerships Management
• You enjoy and excel in identifying new opportunities as well as building and maintaining relationships with external partners
• You have an understanding of the Pakistani and global digital innovation space and technologies
• You are detail oriented
• You are a life-long learner, and naturally explore new markets and technologies
• With enough research, you can develop a point of view on market and cultural trends. With enough debate, you are capable of changing that point of view.
• You are a self-starter with a strong proactive attitude who takes on initiatives.
• You are comfortable adjusting course in response to feedback and information.
• You are driven by social impact and the positive change that entrepreneurship can create.
