We are looking for a skilled Product Manager to join our team and lead the way in redefining the vision, strategy, and roadmap of our products. Working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our Product division.

Responsibilities:

• Develop the overarching vision for our Portal products and web linkages, aligning with company goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with Developers, Marketing & UX/UI Designers, and other stakeholders to gather product requirements.
• Oversee end-to-end product marketing targets and build a team that delivers results.
• Prioritize market demands and lead a team to seamlessly meet these demands.
• Regularly update key stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional teams on progress, developments, and outcomes.
• Recognize potential opportunities and risks, solve problems, and provide solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a numerate field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product/Marketing Manager in an IT Company.
• Thorough understanding of digital platforms and online marketing.
• Strong prioritization skills, deadline orientation, and resource allocation capability.
• Data-driven mindset, with experience using analytical tools to make informed decisions.
• Experience managing sales teams is a plus.
