Job Description

Ibex, on behalf of one of its global clients, is seeking to hire a Product Owner. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing client requirements, defining user experiences, and collaborating with various teams to achieve product goals. This role involves championing key initiatives, cross-functional collaboration, and driving innovation within the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and manage the sprint backlog for assigned products, ensuring stakeholder requirements are balanced.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team on a daily basis to align development decisions with business needs and forecast product delivery dates.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to clarify business requirements and review work progress.
  • Advocate for internal and external users, improving policies, and developing programs to enhance the client experience.
  • Participate in the product functional design process based on a deep understanding of users and technology.
  • Translate the product roadmap into well-defined product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
  • Develop and maintain tracking and reporting mechanisms to evaluate product performance post-launch, collaborating with the Product Manager to assess future investments.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for product functionality.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback from internal and external sources.
  • Conduct internal training and maintain documentation of features and product releases.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal stakeholders to test and document product changes and enhancements.
  • Apply and promote agile, scrum, and product life-cycle best practices.


  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in client services, development, account or product/project management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong listening, feedback, and requirements gathering skills.
  • Associate Degree from an accredited college or university with a focus on Computer Information Systems, Marketing, Communication, or Business. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in documenting and training on complex processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical experience with systems, web technologies, and user support.
  • High level of creativity in conceptualizing and simplifying abstract ideas.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Comfortable working in the EST Time zone (Evening/Night shift).
