Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the implementation of the production program in accordance with established processes, and share the daily program with foremen.
• Ensure that daily, monthly, and annual lubrication and maintenance programs are applied to production line machines.
• Maintain records of machine failures/stops in production lines, investigate reasons, and develop recommendations/projects to prevent their recurrence.
• Execute the production program in accordance with desired quality parameters, maintain records related to production, and keep track of line productivity and material usage, while continuously seeking productivity improvements.
• Plan and supervise line maintenance and lubrication, provide necessary instructions to operators, and maintain the relevant records. Also, plan and order spare parts as required.
• Identify causes of machine failures and record them, provide guidance and leadership to the team in case of failure, and support employees in identifying and addressing failures. Perform maintenance activities in accordance with planned periods and TPM plans.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering.
