Position Purpose:
To provide quantitative analysis, research, administrative and coordination support in OPE.

Key Accountabilities:
Data Management and Analysis:

• Monitoring and managing data while complying with data management protocols.
• Designing and supervising surveys to collect quality data through different modes of data collection.
• Cleaning and analyzing data using statistical software like Stata, R, or Python (primarily Stata).
• Maintaining department-specific files and data in an organized manner/system.
• Generating various reports as and when requested.

Coordination and Communication:

• Providing support in streamlining processes for the area/department.
• Performing activities relating to communication and coordination (within the department and externally) through emails, announcements, minutes, reports, etc.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design skills will be an added advantage.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Knowledge of specialized software or datasets.
• Strong statistical training and experience in empirical analysis for problem-solving.
• Comfortable working with Stata.
• Graphical analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and data management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage various tasks effectively.
• Analytical skills

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to candidates with prior research experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Economics or related social science disciplines.
