Job Description
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Coordination of a project or a portfolio of projects.
- Support a team of project managers
- Process and track project orders (resources, transportation, etc.)
- Process and track stock for projects, including assisting with stock reconciliation
- Track data and report on project including financial reporting/billing
- Effectively communicate with all operations groups both in the company and with our vendors/partners
- Escalate any risks/issues through the correct channels
- General administrative tasks (emails, taking meeting minutes, scheduling meetings, etc.)
- Updating and tracking Smartsheet’s
- Providing final accounts to the client
- Organize and distribute project data to field teams designated to specific projects
- Follow a designated project management methodology to achieve all tasks
- Provide daily status reports to Project Managers on actions completed and planned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
- BBA/MBA or a related field
- Formal Project Management training
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 1 – 3 years of experience in project coordination, process engineering or strategy within a technology or operations environment
- Problem solving skills: must be able to identify risks and develop actionable mitigation plans
- Analytical skills: must be highly analytical with experience in using objective data to drive strategic recommendations
- Communications skills: must be able to concisely explain complex issues, communicate well in writing and verbally, and be able to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, including remote areas
- Intellectual curiosity: must possess a desire to understand why/how things work vs. simply completing the task at hand
- Knowledge of and experience using Project Management Software
- Possesses strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Job Timings: 9:00PM – 6:00AM Pakistan Time
