Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree
• Develop and implement production and maintenance activities, ensuring the efficient execution of the planned production program.
• Organize and conduct trainings for foremen, operators, and technicians on the production line, and provide referral and management of employees.
• Ensure the application of daily, monthly, and annual lubrication and maintenance programs for production line machines.
• Maintain records of failures/stops for machines in production lines, search for reasons, and develop suggestions/projects to prevent their recurrence.
• Plan and execute maintenance and lubrication of the production line, ensure operators are trained to maintain, repair, and clean the machines they are responsible for, and provide necessary records.
• Keep productivity of production and material usage under constant control, maintain records related to production, and work on productivity improvement.
• Make maintenance activities in accordance with planned periods and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of one year of experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or related industries.
• Excellent organizational and management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of TPM and production processes is a plus.
