Job Description

Job Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • 1+ years of experience in call center quality assurance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular quality assurance assessments of call center interactions
  • Provide feedback to agents to ensure quality service delivery and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement training and development programs for call center agents
  • Set performance metrics and goals for the call center team
  • Monitor performance against these metrics and provide regular reports to management
  • Handle complex or escalated customer issues
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the call center
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment within the call center
