Job Description
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- 1+ years of experience in call center quality assurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular quality assurance assessments of call center interactions
- Provide feedback to agents to ensure quality service delivery and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement training and development programs for call center agents
- Set performance metrics and goals for the call center team
- Monitor performance against these metrics and provide regular reports to management
- Handle complex or escalated customer issues
- Identify areas for process improvement within the call center
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment within the call center
