Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough quality assurance assessments on customer interactions.
• Review and assess the accuracy and compliance of calls, emails, and chat interactions with established standards.
• Utilize CRM systems to monitor and evaluate customer interactions.
• Generate comprehensive reports, both automated and manual, to track key performance metrics.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to provide constructive feedback and coaching for improvement.
• Identify emerging trends and areas for enhancement in customer interactions.
• Maintain and update quality assurance guidelines and standards to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Quality Assurance Officer role or a similar quality assurance position.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and their utilization for quality monitoring.
• Strong ability to generate detailed reports, both automated and manual, and expertise in data analysis using Excel.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Keen attention to detail and sharp analytical abilities.
• Advanced command of Excel for data analysis.
• Capability to excel in a night shift work environment.
