Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual with excellent interpersonal skills to join our company as a receptionist. Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including sorting, labeling, and distributing them as required.
  • Perform basic office tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
  • Greet and welcome clients, customers, and guests as they enter the office or facility.
  • Ensure that work areas, including the reception area and common areas, are clean and organized.
  • Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and file management.
  • Respond to client and customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Provide support to other team members by answering questions and assisting with tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent work ethics, including honesty, punctuality, ownership, flexibility, mutual respect, and commitment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
