Your responsibilities include:
The role demands a high-performance individual who is process oriented, great at problem solving and has a penchant for out of the box thinking for hypothesis building and data story telling.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the data team.
• Work closely with business teams to define problem statements and help build a story from data
• Manage the overall strategic roadmap for the team and balance it with ad-hoc data requests
• Support higher management with custom analysis.
• Maintain sanity of the existing data dashboards and pipelines.
• Be proactive in driving insights from data and sharing them in an impact-full manner

You would best fit this role if you:

• At least 1 year of managing technical resources.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and good at task prioritization.
• Good work ethic, excellent communication skills (written + spoken).
• 4 to 6 years of experience of building complex queries, data analysis and data story telling. Candidates who think they are exceptional can always apply regardless of the experience limitations. E-commerce experience would be a plus.
• A go-getter attitude, self-starter and has high work ownership. Takes initiatives and follows through.
• Exceptional problem comprehension and solving skills.
