Job Description
Responsibility: The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in maintaining personnel records for faculty and non-faculty staff and provide support for other HR-related functions.
Responsibilities:
- Track and resolve payroll queries.
- Conduct effective outreach for quality hiring.
- Process HR transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Facilitate and manage the Assessment Centers process.
- Maintain updated records of Assessment Centre data using online trackers.
- Assist in organizing the Annual Performance Appraisal activity for Principals, including coordination with area teams.
- Organize HR-related training activities as needed.
- Receive, enter, and route mail for further processing.
- Ensure timely collection of data from schools for Faculty awards.
- Support the Regional Coordinator in planning and executing teacher award ceremonies.
- Assist in hiring teachers and maintaining the CV database within schools.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on school staff allowances.
- Review and resolve pending issues.
- Follow up with area offices on various matters.
- Maintain an updated CV database for hiring Principals and Teachers.
- Assist in the hiring process and participate in regional activities.
- Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the manager.
Required Skills:
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computers (MS Office, Internet, etc.).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Education: BBA/MBA in HR
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience.
