Job Description
Responsibility:
Discover growth opportunities across various channels, formulate trade marketing strategies, collaborate closely with field teams to implement plans, oversee all activities, and strategize countermeasures against competitors. Evaluate all initiatives and collaborate with the brand team to ensure top-notch brand communication and product penetration across all levels. Collaborate with the Sales team to monitor the success of new product launches, analyze sales performance, and enhance marketing effectiveness through regional project innovations and result-driven analysis of product distribution and consumer promotions.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- A Master’s degree in business from a reputable university.
- Ideally, 5-7 years of experience, preferably with field Sales experience.
