Key Responsibilities:

• Attend regular meetings to assess the feasibility of new products, engage in idea discussions, and shortlist concepts based on outcomes.
• Identify domains with the greatest potential for improvement.
• Develop product pitches by conducting thorough research and presenting business concepts to secure internal and external funding, as required.
• Prepare project briefs, meeting minutes, and related documentation.
• Report to the Incubation Manager and CEO, collaborating to transform ideas into viable products.
• Conduct research and provide concise and understandable summaries of competing products, services, patents, and research publications for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses reliably.
• Analyze data, interpret results using statistical techniques, and generate ongoing reports.
• Evaluate the viability and return on investment (ROI) of ideas to create feasible concept models.
• Conduct comprehensive research to support new and existing investments, including producing research/analysis, sector presentations, white papers, and investment memos.
• Identify promising investment opportunities from internal and external clients and business partners.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare investment pitches and conduct feasibility analyses.
• Generate actionable hypotheses to drive accelerated growth.
• Foster a data-driven culture and drive optimization within the organization.

• Proven experience in business process reengineering and presenting ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in financial modeling and business case development.
