- Serve as the primary point of contact for all accounts within your portfolio.

- Proactively engage with active clients to improve customer retention and provide support.
- Educate clients on our current and new product offerings.
- Analyze and evaluate client success, identifying areas for optimization.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize customer value.
- Maintain a high rate of customer renewals.
- Assess churn risk and collaborate with Sales and Success teams to retain business.
- 3-4 years of experience in Customer Service or Customer Success.
- Knowledge of CRM systems or Salesforce is a plus.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented mindset.
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
