Job Description


  • Prepare RFQ quotations and dispatch them to clients via email.
  • Manage all client communications on behalf of the sales team.
  • Adhere to company policies when inputting new customer data into the software, including the collection of necessary documents such as CR and VAT certificates, and completion of credit application forms.
  • Offer professional solutions both in written and verbal form.
  • Provide guidance on bid/no-bid decisions, considering technical and commercial factors.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Foster and nurture relationships with existing customers through in-person meetings, phone calls, and email correspondence.
  • Compile reports on potential prospects for management review, facilitating critical business decisions.
  • Ensure the attainment of sales targets and analyze company objectives comprehensively.
  • Maintain precise records of conversion rates, sales calls, revenue, and other relevant data for accurate assessment.
  • Take the lead in planning and executing promotional and sales activities, including brainstorming new product or service launches with the team.
  • Utilize various promotional channels such as traditional marketing, social media, and email marketing to promote the company’s products effectively.


  • Proficiency in analyzing goals, target customers, and challenges to strategize sales activities effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Implementation of a “customer-first” approach, delivering personalized and convenient sales pitches.
  • Goal-oriented and capable of meeting targets even under pressure.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert leads into customers through persuasive discussions and debates.
