Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree
- Prepare RFQ quotations and dispatch them to clients via email.
- Manage all client communications on behalf of the sales team.
- Adhere to company policies when inputting new customer data into the software, including the collection of necessary documents such as CR and VAT certificates, and completion of credit application forms.
- Offer professional solutions both in written and verbal form.
- Provide guidance on bid/no-bid decisions, considering technical and commercial factors.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Foster and nurture relationships with existing customers through in-person meetings, phone calls, and email correspondence.
- Compile reports on potential prospects for management review, facilitating critical business decisions.
- Ensure the attainment of sales targets and analyze company objectives comprehensively.
- Maintain precise records of conversion rates, sales calls, revenue, and other relevant data for accurate assessment.
- Take the lead in planning and executing promotional and sales activities, including brainstorming new product or service launches with the team.
- Utilize various promotional channels such as traditional marketing, social media, and email marketing to promote the company’s products effectively.
- Proficiency in analyzing goals, target customers, and challenges to strategize sales activities effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Implementation of a “customer-first” approach, delivering personalized and convenient sales pitches.
