We are looking for an Outdoor Door-to-Door Sales Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for actively engaging with potential customers at their residences (construction sites) to promote and sell products offered by the company. You will travel within an assigned territory, engage in direct face-to-face interactions, and utilize persuasive communication skills to achieve sales targets.
- Identify potential customers within the assigned territory through various methods, such as lead lists, referrals, and market research.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products or services, including features, benefits, pricing, and competitive advantages.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to the needs and preferences of each customer, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Address customer objections or concerns effectively, providing accurate information and addressing any misconceptions.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and targets within the defined timeframes.
- Accurately record customer interactions, sales activities, and relevant information in the company’s CRM system.
- Follow up with potential customers who express interest but do not make an immediate purchase, nurturing leads and maintaining regular communication.
- Organize and plan daily routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and coverage within the assigned territory.
- Provide regular sales reports, updates, and insights to the Sales Manager or Team Lead.
- Gather and relay customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to contribute to product and sales strategy.
- Intermediate to Bachelor’s degree in Sales or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in door-to-door sales or a related field.
- Strong sales and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel within an assigned territory.
