Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer / Sales Executive to join our team in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to build rapport with clients. They will also have the ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Present and sell real estate properties
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
