Job Description
We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and experienced Call Center Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent spoken English and communication skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers and sell products or services.
- Answer customer questions and resolve complaints.
- Build relationships with customers and promote repeat business.
- Meet sales goals and quotas.
- Follow company procedures and policies.
Qualifications:
- Matric / Masters qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in call center sales.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work night shifts.
